Scope and domains
This policy covers the public magazine at creator.modsbyben.net. Accounts, login, content creation, purchases, advertising rewards and third-party app connections are handled separately at v3.creator.modsbyben.net and require the app privacy notice.
Server logs and reach measurement
The host may process IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and referrer in server logs. The site aggregates visits and referral sources. A short-lived first-party cookie prevents duplicate counting; this public site does not add advertising trackers or use local storage.
Public posts and profiles
Public posts may include titles, text, tags, categories, author names, profile images, links and media. Public does not automatically mean indexable. Authors control publication through the Creator App.
Images, links and YouTube
Images are served from the creator.modsbyben.net media library. User links open only for HTTP or HTTPS. YouTube uses the privacy-enhanced domain and loads only after the visitor activates the video.
Requests, deletion and international processing
Access, correction, deletion and privacy requests can be sent to modsbybendev@gmail.com. Hosting and third-party providers may process data outside the visitor’s country under their applicable safeguards.
